Activision Blizzard
Activision Blizzard is ontstaan door het samengaan van Activision en Vivendi Games. Medio 2008 is de fusie afgerond, waardoor Activision Blizzard de grootste onafhankelijke uitgever van games werd. Zelfs het machtige Electronic Arts kon niet aan zijn grootte tippen.
Tot de portfolio van Activision Blizzard behoren onder andere World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Guitar Hero, Call of Duty en Tony Hawk. Vele zeer grote en succesvolle franchiseszijn dus gevestigd bij Activision Blizzard. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 2008 en is te vinden in Santa Monica, Californië.
