Patch 4.35 voor Final Fantasy XIV is nu live

Zoals de meeste MMORPG's is Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn een game die voortdurend blijft veranderen. Een regelmatige stroom aan patches voorziet de game van verbeteringen en voegt hiernaast nieuwe content toe. En 4.35 is daar geen uitzondering op.

De belangrijkste toevoeging van de patch is de introductie van twee nieuwe sidequests en twee nieuwe side stories, samen met een nieuwe dungeon genaamd Heaven-On-High. Maar dat is niet alles, zoals de patch notes bewijzen:

• Nieuwe side story: In the Eye of the Hingan
• Nieuwe side story: The Blade Mislaid
• Nieuwe sidequest: Knocking on Heaven's Door
• Nieuwe sidequest: On the Shoulders of Giants
• Nieuw meubilair voor binnen en buiten het huis
• Er zijn nieuwe orchestrion rolls
• Er zijn nieuwe triple triad cards
• De panfluitgeluiden zijn aangepast als je Performance gebruikt
• Er zijn nieuwe emotes toegevoegd
• De game heeft nieuwe haarstijlen
• Nieuwe dungeon: Heaven-On-High
• PvP-acties zijn als volgt getweaked:
  
  Paladin
  Cover - The additional effect "increases damage taken to self by 10%" has been added.
  Hallowed Ground - Recast time reduced from 120 to 90 seconds.
  
  Ninja
  Hyoton - Potency reduced from 1,250 to 750.
  
  Samurai
  Midare Setsugekka - Potency increased from 3,000 to 3,500.
  
  Black Mage
  Fire IV - Casting time reduced from 2.3 to 1.8 seconds.
  Blizzard IV - Casting time reduced from 2.3 to 1.8 seconds.
  
  Astrologian
  The Balance - Duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
  The Bole - Duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
  The Ewer - Duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
  ・MP recovered increased from 200 to 400.
  The Spire - Duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
  ・TP recovered increased from 50 to 100.

• De plaatsing van objecten in de Crystal Tower Training Grounds is aangepast
• De matchmaking algoritmes van The Feast zijn aangepast
• Verliezen in The Feast heeft nu een kleinere impact op je PVP-ranking
• Light Medal biedt nu minder bescherming
• The Feast is nu in pre-season
• The Feast Regional Championship 2018 is begonnen
• Er zijn nieuwe voorwerpen toegevoegd
• Er zijn nieuwe recepten toegevoegd
• White Raven earrings kunnen nu worden weggegooid
• Er zijn nieuwe mounts
• Er zijn nieuwe minions
• Laurel ontvangt een nieuwe omschrijving
• Er zijn nieuwe achievements en titels
• Je ontvangt een waarschuwing als je meer in de Doman Enclave's donation box stopt dan het limiet is
• Sommige NPC's in Doman Enclave ontvangen nieuwe tekst
• Je krijgt nu een manu als je Search for Item uitvoert
• Er zijn nieuwe zinnen in auto-translate
• De volgende bugs zijn aangepast:

• An issue in the Ridorana Lighthouse wherein players could be affected by Temporal Displacement status effect immediately after being revived when battling Belias.
• An issue in the Weapon's Refrain (Ultimate) wherein Titan would stop casting Granite Impact under certain conditions.
• An issue in the Weapon's Refrain (Ultimate) wherein the Fetters status could not be removed under certain circumstances when battling Titan.
• An issue wherein the reward mount from the Feast Season Seven's movement type was "terrestrial."
• An issue in the Doman Enclave wherein some NPCs were displayed incorrectly.
• An issue in Doman Enclave cutscenes wherein some NPCs were displayed incorrectly.
• An issue wherein Performance mode could be ended by the actions of other players.
• An issue in housing wherein, under certain conditions, moving an aquarium would cause it to be placed without direct input from the player.
• An issue wherein placing a tabletop aquarium on top of another furnishing and then repositioning that furnishing allowed the aquarium to clip through other aquariums.
• An issue wherein equipping a Miqo'te with an Ivalician Ark Knight's Helm would cause display issues.
• An issue wherein the cooldown for Cordial, Watered Cordial, and Hi-Cordial items would be reset under certain conditions.
• An issue with the Mikoshi mount wherein the pet hotbar would display regardless of configuration settings.
• An issue wherein a player who entered a duty while their status was set to Busy would be automatically marked as Not Ready during ready checks.
• An issue with the friend list wherein some friends were not displayed.
