Ubisoft keek naar Uncharted voor Splinter Cell: Conviction

Splinter Cell: Conviction zal binnenkort verschijnen voor de PC en Xbox 360. Om tot een goed spel te komen heeft ontwikkelaar Ubisoft naar diverse films en games gekeken, waaronder Uncharted.

Dit gaf Splinter Cell Director Patrick Redding aan tegenover Official Xbox Magazine. De man vertelde dat ze naar films en games als Riddick en Max Payne gekeken hebben. Daarnaast hebben ze ook erg veel naar Uncharted gekeken om te kijken hoe ze een goede exclusive maken.

We paid attention to everything from Riddick to Max Payne. Obviously we took a good, heavy look at the way Uncharted works too. It's not just about production value, a lot of it is looking, at the lowest level, what the player is going to spend his time doing.
