The Shore krijgt forse nieuwe patch

Indie-game The Shore is nu iets meer dan maand beschikbaar op Steam. In die periode heeft het meerdere patches ontvangen om problemen te verhelpen en de game verder te polijsten. Maar zojuist kwam een grote.

Die patch is zelfs zo belangrijk, dat het team achter The Shore er mailings over uitstuurt om iedereen erover te informeren. Wij als nieuwssite doen daarom graag onze plicht om deze informatie verder te verspreiden. Daarom kun je hieronder de patch notes vinden:

•    Razer Chroma system integration (list of effects below) The various Chroma effects improve the atmosphere of the game, If your Razer Peripherals support the chroma system be sure to enable the app "Theisland-Win64-Shipping" in the Connect menu of the Razer Synapse software
•    Added French Language Localization
•    English revision, Fixed various spelling mistakes (mostly from the dialog text)
•    Added Language Select Option in the Main Menu where you can manually choose between the supported languages.
•    End level optimization, about 5-10fps+ List of Chroma effects: -Island level background loop with fade in and out
•    Void level background loop with fade in and out
•    Organic level background loop with fade in and out
•    End level background loop with fade in and out -Portal between levels loading screen with fade in and out
•    There are 3 short movies showcasing different creatures all have their custom effects going in sync with the video
•    When the player dies, there's a short cutscene that also has a custom effect going in sync with the video
•    Player receiving damage
•    Use artifact (mouse) -Grab different objects (mouse) /light ball/head/puzzle piece -Flashing images (KB) -Distorted colors effect (KB)
•    Picking up important items effect with inventory key highlight (KB)
