Rockstar Games bevestigd te werken aan GTA 6

In een persbericht op de officiële website van Rockstar Games valt te lezen dat er een nieuwe Grand Theft Auto in ontwikkeling is.

Rockstar liet weten veel vragen te krijgen omtrent een nieuwe titel binnen de GTA-serie en zij kunnen inmiddels bevestigen dat deze in ontwikkeling is. Verder valt er te lezen dat ze bij ieder nieuw project het proberen beter te doen dan dat ze hebben gedaan bij het vorige project.

In het persbericht staat het volgende: “With the unprecedented longevity of GTAV, we know many of you have been asking us about a new entry in the Grand Theft Auto series. With every new project we embark on, our goal is always to significantly move beyond what we have previously delivered — and we are pleased to confirm that active development for the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto series is well underway. We look forward to sharing more as soon as we are ready, so please stay tuned to the Rockstar Newswire for official details.

Er is nog geen officiële naam of verdere details bekendgemaakt.
