Binnen een onbepaalde duur zal Sony een app uitbrengen die het mogelijk maakt om overal het PlayStation Network te kunnen raadplegen. Voorlopig is deze applicatie enkel aangekondigd voor Europa. Deze zal exclusief te downloaden zijn voor iOS- en Android-apparaten.
Deze kleine, handige applicatie laat bij de launch het volgende toe:
- Check your trophies and friends' online status
- Discover all the latest games, news and hardware for your PlayStation 3, PSP and PlayStation 3.
- Get updates from the European PlayStation Blog
- Bother your friends on Facebook, Twitter, and email about the latest PlayStation products
Binnenkort kan je de PlayStation-app gratis downloaden van de App Store of de Android Market.
