Op 19 maart verschijnt God of War III voor de PlayStation 3 en Official PlayStation Magazine mocht de game al beoordelen. Het blad gaf het spel een negen. Het cijfer is niet hoger uitgevallen, omdat we de gameplay al kennen uit voorgaande delen.
